SUPPORTED MISSIONARY WORK
Burkina Faso, West Africa

Pastor Vincent and Raymonde Deo.

Athens Victory Chapel supports an overseas work in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. The west African church was started in the predominantly Muslim French speaking Nation in January, 2005 by Pastor Benjamin and Marion Mettle, missionaries from Christian Fellowship Ministries. Athens Victory Chapel “adopted” the work in July, 2006, and provides ongoing financial support. The church has been blessed by the ministries of numerous Fellowship pastors, evangelists, medical teams, and invasion teams, including a visit from Pastor Gene LaValley and other members of Athens Victory Chapel in 2006. The testimonies of people whose lives have been touched and converted from Islam and animism are very encouraging. The church was turned over in 2013 to the current pastor, Vincent and Raymonde Deo, from the Fellowship Church in Benin and continues to see Christ preached and disciples made in this Muslim nation.
